En nariz destacan notas cítricas, fermento láctico, manzana verde, limón, yogur y un fondo cerealístico muy ligero. En boca es la acidez la que manda: refrescante, viva, vibrante, con cuerpo bajo, amargor casi nulo (3-8 IBU), carbonatación muy alta y final extremadamente seco. La graduación se mantiene baja, entre 2,8 % y 3,8 %, por lo que es una cerveza muy fácil de beber.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSe elabora con malta pilsen y una proporción importante de malta de trigo, lúpulos prácticamente solo por antiséptico, y una fermentación mixta con levadura ale y bacterias lácticas (Lactobacillus) que aportan toda la acidez.
