La fermentación lager le da un perfil muy limpio, sin ésteres frutales. En boca sorprende: a pesar del color, es ligera y refrescante, con cuerpo medio-bajo, dulzor maltoso suave, amargor moderado del tostado (20-30 IBU), carbonatación viva y un final muy seco y limpio sin la astringencia típica de muchas cervezas oscuras.
