Barbar

Barbar, beer with warrior spirit.

Inspired by the ancient European tribes, Barbar is the wildest and most legendary proposal of Brasserie Lefebvre, a historic brewery founded in 1876 south of Brussels. After overcoming hard times — including the great wars that marked Belgium — the brewery was reborn in the 1960s with new recipes and a look at the future without giving up its craft soul.

In 1996, Barbar Blond was born, a Belgian Ale with a very special ingredient: honey added during the boiling of the must, which gives it softness without being impalageous, balance and a unique freshness thanks to its slight acidity. Years later Barbar Bock, its most intense version, would arrive.

True to its origin, Barbar is a brave and different beer, which pays homage to the warriors of the past through a round and original flavor. Ideal for those looking for an authentic Belgian beer, with character and tradition
