These Purchase Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between www.beerrepublic.es and you, the customer and/or user of the Website.

The user is obligated to inform themselves about the Purchase Terms and Conditions that we make available to them, and the owner of the website shall be exonerated from liability for the user's ignorance thereof.

The user must accept the specific service conditions in order to purchase products.

Product Information

The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, and videos related to the products on the Website are intended to provide the most guidance possible.

In the event that, due to force majeure, the product is not available after the purchase has been made, the user will be informed via email of the total or, if applicable, partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order does not entitle the user to cancel the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the Customer in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.

Product Prices

The prices of the products offered on www.beerrepublic.es include any other applicable taxes and are subject to VAT except in cases where the operation is exempt by legal mandate. Prices may be modified at any time. Prices do not include product shipping costs. These are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of the order request.

Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order registration.

Product Purchase and Order Formalization

An email acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase made will be sent to the user's email address within 24 business hours following the receipt of the order formalization. The contract will be understood as formalized at the moment the payment of the price is received by the owner.

The purchase of products through www.beerrepublic.es is carried out following the procedure established in the "Shopping Cart".

Orders are processed in the order requests are received and shipments are made daily.

There is no minimum purchase.

For purchases over €60, the customer receives 1 glass at no extra cost (the design or type of which will be at the free choice of www.beerrepublic.es according to stock availability).

For orders delivered in Spain, excluding the Canary and Balearic Islands, of €70 or more, standard shipping costs will not be billed to the customer.

Payment for Products

Payment of the price and shipping costs for products purchased through www.beerrepublic.es is made at the time the owner sends an email to the customer acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase made.

The customer must make the payment using a Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar credit or debit cards. The card used for payment must have as its issuing financial entity a Spanish bank or savings bank, or a branch or subsidiary financial entity of a foreign financial institution with an establishment in Spain.

The operation of the Payment Gateway is similar to that of traditional POS terminals found in physical stores. The merchant's website connects at the time of payment to the Virtual POS where the card transaction is performed in real-time. The POS verifies the validity of the card and informs the customer and the merchant of the result of the operation immediately.

To guarantee the security of your payments, the URL of www.beerrepublic.es begins with ‘https://’ and your browser displays a padlock in the address bar. This indicates that the connection is encrypted and protected. Additionally, at Beer Republic, we use the Redsys secure payment gateway, recognized for its high level of protection and compliance with the most demanding security standards, such as 3D Secure and PSD2. This guarantees that your banking data is processed in an encrypted manner and with total confidentiality.

Once the purchase process is finished, an electronic document is generated in which the contract is formalized, which the customer can print.

Order Cancellation and Modification

You may withdraw from your purchase at any time by sending us a message at info@beerrepublic.es

* If you have already paid for your order and we have NOT yet made it available (handed it over to the transport agency): we will proceed with its cancellation and refund the full amount of your purchase using the same method used for payment, unless it is not possible, in which case we would make a bank transfer to the account number you indicate. The refund of the amount will be made as soon as possible.

* If you have already paid for your order and we have already made it available (handed it over to the transport agency): it will be processed in the same way as the previous case, but we will deduct from the amount to be refunded the associated costs we have already incurred (courier and/or handling fees), which will be at your expense.

Order Extension and/or Modification

As long as the order has not been handed over to the transport agency, you can add or remove items or modify your purchase by sending us a message at info@beerrepublic.es

* If the changes result in you having to pay an additional amount, we will notify you so you can make the payment. If the changes result in us having to refund you any amount, we will issue a discount code for that amount, which you can use for future purchases in our store, deducting it from the cart total. We will send the discount coupon to your email.

Delivery of Order

Place of Delivery

It is very important that the customer provides an exact delivery address where the order can be delivered during business hours.

Delivery Time

Delivery is considered to have been effected from the moment the product has been made available to the customer at the delivery location indicated by the customer.

The risk of the products (including, among others, loss, damage, or theft) will be transferred to the customer from the moment the product order has been made available to the customer in accordance with the provisions of these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

Return of Products

a) Right of Withdrawal

In the event of a sale to an individual, subject to consumer regulations, you will have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not cover companies or professionals who purchase on this website.

As a user, you will not have the right to withdraw in cases established in the applicable regulations and, especially, in the following cases:

• The supply of products or services made according to the user's specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• The supply of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery by the user.

• The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with others.

b) Return of Defective Products

The customer shall have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the customer.

In these cases, the return of products to the owner must be carried out by the customer using the following procedure:

• Notify via email at info@beerrepublic.es before initiating the return, indicating the product or products to be returned and the reason for the return.

• The product must be in the same state as it was delivered and must retain the original packaging and labeling.

• The return must be made in a box of a format similar to the original, or in any case, one that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
• You must include a copy of the purchase invoice inside the package, marking the returned items and the reason for the return.

If the reason for the return is not attributable to www.beerrepublic.es, the customer must assume the shipping costs for the return, and where applicable, the shipping costs for the replacement product.

If the reason for the return is attributable to www.beerrepublic.es, we will assume the return shipping costs and will manage the collection, informing the customer in advance of the collection date by the courier company. We will also assume, if applicable, the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Once we have the returned items in our possession and verify that the requirements mentioned in this section have been met, we will communicate with the customer as soon as possible to agree on one of the following options:

• Replace the product with another identical or similar one.

• Refund the amount, preferably through the payment method used during the purchase.

• Create a discount code for that amount for future purchases. We will send the discount code to the customer's email.

c) Warranty of Purchased Products

Products have a legal warranty for lack of conformity from the date of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note for the products.

The customer may exercise the warranty of a product according to the current regulations on the warranty of consumer products.

Modification of the General Conditions

The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the General Conditions and Privacy Policy. Customers must carefully read these General Conditions each time they access the Website. In any case, the acceptance of the General Conditions will be a prior and indispensable step to the contracting of any product through the Website.

Communications between the owner and the customer

All communications between the owner and the customer regarding these General Conditions or the acquisition of products through the Website will be made in writing.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In case of controversy or disagreement derived from the purchase of products through the Website and/or these General Conditions and for the resolution of any conflicts, the parties agree to submit, at their free choice, and waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

Orders placed between 00:00 and 12:00 are processed and shipped the same day, and in case of a holiday, on the next business day; orders received between 12:00 and 24:00 are shipped the next business day.

There is no minimum purchase.

Shipping Method

Deliveries are made within a period of From 24h to 96h (From 24h to 72h once with GLS). Holidays do not count. For out-of-stock material from 5 to 30 days from the date of payment confirmation (this period may vary depending on the delivery location and the transport company contracted for the service). In case of a stockout or delivery delay, we will notify you immediately. Be sure to provide us with a correct address where we can deliver the order during normal business hours.

We will also assume, if applicable, the shipping costs of the replacement product.

Once we have the returned items in our possession and verify that the requirements mentioned in this section have been met, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to agree on one of the following options:

Replace the product with an identical or similar one.
