Cantillon is a emblematic Brussels brewery, specializing since 1900 in the production of authentic Lambic beers.

Founded by Paul Cantillon in Anderlecht, this family factory preserves traditional methods, today guided by Jean Van Roy, the great-grandson of the founder.

In 1978 he opened his museum, which pays tribute to the ancient tradition of the Gueuze. Cantillon remains a jewel for lovers of Lambics, appreciated internationally for its quality and authenticity.
