Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen

Founded in 1887, Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen began as a cozy coffee that produced its first lambics, acquiring gueuzes from neighboring breweries. In 1953, Gastón De Belder acquired the place and added a restaurant, expanding the business and its family spirit. After his death in the 1980s, his sons Armand and Guido took the reins, and it was Armand who preserved the legacy of the house: the traditional mixture of Lambics. Today, the brewery not only continues mixing, but also creates its own gueuzes, consolidating itself as a reference in the Lambic culture.

Each Gueuze of 3 Fonteinen is the result of a collective effort, with expert and passionate hands that keep this tradition alive. From the fields of cereals and fruit trees to the barrels where they mature, each step tells stories of generations dedicated to preserving the authenticity of the Lambic. It is this dedication that brings character to each bottle, keeping intact the flavor of history and the present.
