Trappist beers usually bear the name of the place where the monastery is located. "Tynt Meadow", was created in honor of the link with the plot of land where monastic life was recast in the Midlands, almost two centuries ago. As part of the great Trappist tradition, it was chosen to produce a strong black beer, but with a clearly English character.
Mahogany, with a subtle warm red hue and a long-lasting beige foam. Its aroma contains notes of black chocolate, licorice and rich fruit flavors. Beer has a body and gently balances the flavor of black chocolate, pepper and fig. Leave a warm and dry finish on the palate.
Tynt Meadow is made from barley and English hops, using an English yeast strain. It is fermented twice, the first in the tank and the second in the bottle. It should be kept in a cool, dark and quiet place.
