Cervezas Alhambra

Founded in 1925 in Granada, the Cervezas Alhambra was born inspired by the beauty and mystery of the Nasrid monument that gives it its name. Throughout the 20th century, it became a symbol of Andalusian brewery tradition, going through periods of splendor, economic difficulties in the post-war period and even legal conflicts with giants like Heineken. In 2006, the brewery became part of the Mahou-San Miguel group, marking the beginning of a new stage without giving up its essence.

Alhambra keeps its original spirit intact: a bet on time, patience and detail in every brew. Its range of beers, carefully and diverse, represents a balance between the traditional heritage and innovation. The jewel of the house, Alhambra Reserva 1925, is today one of the most valued Pilsen beers in Spain, recognized for its intensity, elegance and iconic green bottle, without label, engraved with the year of its birth.

Beyond 1925, the brewery also sells other varieties such as Alhambra Especial, Alhambra Roja or the Numeradas range, and brands such as Mosque, all made with pampering, character and a clear inspiration in the culture of the south. Each of its beers invites to stop time and enjoy the taste, without haste.

Alhambra not only represents a brand of beer, but a way of understanding life: paused, contemplative and deeply linked to its Granada roots. Ideal for those who seek authentic experiences and beers with history.
