Boon Brewery is synonymous with Belgian brewery tradition, passion and mastery. Founded by Frank Boon, a passionate advocate of authentic Lambic and Geuze beers, the brewery has rescued and reinvented centuries-old methods. From its small winery in Halle to becoming a world leader, Boon has maintained artisanal production with spontaneous fermentation, ripening in oak foeders and absolute respect for authenticity.
Today, his sons Jos and Karel proudly follow the family legacy, making beers such as Oude Geuze, Oude Kriek or the exclusive series Monoblend. Boon is one of the few breweries labeled TSG (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed) in the EU, and is part of Belgian Family Brewers. With more than 2 million liters maturing in more than 160 foeders, Boon not only retains a tradition: it makes her live.
