Basqueland Kaiju is a Double IPA of monumental power, inspired by mythical creatures that emerge from the depths to claim their territory... in this case, the territory of hops. Conceived as a tropical storm in a can, it unleashes a wild aromatic intensity with a combination of Idaho 7, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Citra Spectrum, roaring in harmony with lush notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine, and ripe peach. On the palate, the body is silky and juicy, with a clean bitterness that enhances the fruity intensity without overwhelming. The finish is long, fresh, and with a slight hint of pine.
