Descripción

Dougall's Red Christmas es una IPA Especial Roja de edición estacional, clasificada dentro del estilo BJCP 21B. Presenta un color cobrizo intenso con reflejos rubí y una espuma cremosa y bien formada. La receta combina una base de maltas Extra Pale, Amber, Crystal 400 y Chocolate, diseñada para aportar profundidad cromática y estructura, junto a un trío de lúpulos americanos que define su carácter. Una IPA equilibrada, de cuerpo medio y final persistente, fiel al perfil técnico y reconocible de Dougall’s.

Carácter, sabor y aromas


Intense and balanced character. Citrus, resinous, and pine aromas with a green tropical hint. The flavor highlights dark caramel and toasted bread notes from the malt, backed by a clean and persistent bitterness. Long, round, and very expressive finish.

Maridaje


Ideal to pair with grilled meats, gourmet burgers, BBQ ribs, cured or semi-cured cheeses and spiced dishes. It also works very well with American cuisine and intense recipes where the hops can shine without overpowering the whole dish.
