Espiga Celestia is a West Coast IPA with 7.0% ABV and 50 IBU, an ode to the perfect balance between classic bitterness and a modern aromatic explosion. Born from a collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, this beer elevates the style with the celestial power of Nectaron™ hops, originating from New Zealand, accompanied by the legendary Mosaic® and Simcoe®. The nose reveals a tropical burst with notes of ripe pineapple, peach, passion fruit, and stone fruits, balanced with citrus and resinous flashes. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and bright, with a clean and persistent bitterness that leaves a fresh and luminous sensation.
