Hexcrafty Garage

Hexcrafty is a West Coast IPA born from the collaboration between Garage Beer Co. and Brujos Brewing (Portland, Oregon), created to celebrate the visit of Sam, founder and brewer of Brujos, during the MASH festival. A beer that looks directly to the classic West Coast style: clean, precise, and without artifice, where hops clearly lead the way and the sip remains dry, crisp, and tremendously refreshing.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:

Aromatic profile dominated by fresh citrus notes, pine, and resin, with the classic character of Simcoe and the fruity and clean touch of Mosaic. On the palate, it presents a very dry and balanced German Pilsner malt base, with a subtle contribution of wheat that softens the whole without detracting from its definition. The bitterness is firm, direct, and well integrated, finishing with a crisp, refreshing, and very drinkable end.

Perfect for pairing with smash burgers, chicken wings, spicy tacos, or semi-cured cheeses, where its clean bitterness and dry finish enhance flavors and cleanse the palate.
