Supernova is a West Coast Double IPA born from a collaboration with Oddity, designed for those who enjoy clean bitterness and intense aromas without compromise. A beer that shines with its own light: golden, robust, and precise, where hops explode with clarity and the drink remains surprisingly agile. Character, Flavor, Aromas:

On the nose, it offers a direct and expressive aromatic explosion: ripe tropical fruits and red berries contributed by Superdelic, juicy peach from Simcoe Cryo, and a distinct citrus profile of grapefruit and lemon thanks to Citra Cryo. On the palate, it presents a medium body, with a clean malt base that supports a firm, dry, and very defined bitterness, true to the West Coast style. The finish is long, resinous, and persistent, leaving a crisp sensation that invites another sip.
