GROSS Fat Freddy’s Cat es una NEIPA de 6,3 % vol. elaborada en Donostia–San Sebastián, pensada para quienes buscan una IPA turbia, jugosa y sedosa, pero con estructura y equilibrio. Una cerveza donde el lúpulo toma el control desde el primer sorbo, apoyado sobre una base suave y moderada en cuerpo, que evita el exceso de dulzor y mantiene una gran bebilidad. Representa a la perfección el concepto de “zumo con sentido”: aromática, directa y muy fácil de disfrutar, sin caer en lo empalagoso.

Notes of ripe mango, juicy citrus like orange and grapefruit, and stone fruit dominate, with an herbal and slightly resinous background characteristic of Simcoe. The overall impression is clearly hoppy and straightforward. The body is medium, with a silky texture, and a polished bitterness that structures the sip without overshadowing the fruit. The finish is clean and lingering, with a fresh tropical and citrus aftertaste that invites further drinking.

Perfect for juicy smash burgers, spicy fish or shrimp tacos, fried chicken, and mild Asian dishes like Thai green curry. It also pairs wonderfully with creamy cheeses such as young brie or mild camembert, where the hop juiciness contrasts with the creamy texture.
