GROSS Stendec

GROSS Stendec is a modern NEIPA born from the collaboration with Finback Brewery (NYC), one of New York's most recognized craft breweries. This beer was designed to showcase how far balance can go when hops are the star without eclipsing drinkability. Hazy, bright, and expressive, Stendec combines technique, friendship, and a very fine interpretation of the NEIPA style, ideal for hop fans and those seeking a silky, well-constructed IPA.

Style: NEIPA (New England IPA)

Alcohol Content: 6.5% ABV

Hops: Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, and Simcoe.

Serving Temperature: 8 – 10 °C

Color (EBC): Approx. 7 – 9 EBC (pale yellow, hazy appearance)

Bitterness (IBU): Medium-low, well-integrated.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:

The nose reveals an intense array of tropical fruit and fresh citrus, with notes of passionfruit, Sauvignon Blanc-like white grape, and grapefruit, marked by Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. On the palate, layers of stone fruit and more mature nuances emerge, where Idaho 7 contributes volume and roundness, while Simcoe adds an elegant resinous touch that provides depth. The body is silky and enveloping, with a balanced carbonation and a polished bitterness that unifies the whole and leaves a clean, lingering finish.
