Technical Data Sheet
Description
Basqueland Gulpiyuri 44cl pays homage to the spirit of classic 90s IPAs. Inspired by the emblematic Asturian beach of the same name, this beer stands out for its hoppy, fresh, and direct character, evoking the beginnings of the craft movement. Its fermentation with White Labs California Ale yeast ensures a clean and precise base that enhances the vibrant notes of the hops.
Brewed with extra pale malts, malted wheat, and dextrin malt, it presents a balanced body, persistent foam, and a pronounced bitterness. The spotlight is on Crosby Hops' Cascade and Amarillo hops, which provide intense aromas and flavors of grapefruit, bright citrus, resinous herbs, floral touches, and a slightly fruity profile. A beer with a dry, refreshing finish and all the character of an authentic West Coast IPA.
