This beer combines potency, smoothness, and a complex fruity profile that makes it one of the great celebrations of Basqueland's 10th anniversary. Its recipe fuses the best of two worlds: classic Simcoe and Mosaic hops, which provide familiar citrus and tropical notes, alongside the bolder Riwaka and Strata, responsible for its unique character, with surprising herbal and fruity touches.
