Technical Data Sheet
Description
Dougall's Cañonazo is a NEIPA, the result of a collaboration between Dougall's and Octavo Arte, two breweries united by their passion for IPAs and a curious historical connection: both originated in towns where cannons were once manufactured. The result is a golden, hazy, and explosively aromatic beer, with a character as direct as its name. Each sip offers a vibrant fusion of ripe orange, tropical fruits, and stone fruit notes, all on a silky body that balances freshness and richness. Modern, juicy, and with an intensity that hits from the first sip, Cañonazo is a brilliant interpretation of the New England IPA style, crafted with precision and respect for contemporary hop culture.

Character, Flavor, Aromas
The nose reveals intense notes of orange, mango, peach, and passion fruit, combined with a subtle hint of resin and white grape contributed by Nelson Sauvin hops. On the palate, its creamy texture stands out, thanks to oats and Dextrin malt, with a moderate bitterness that gives way to a smooth and fruity finish. Cañonazo is a balanced and aromatic beer, with a rounded profile that combines the freshness of a modern NEIPA with the depth of a classic IPA.
Culinary Pairing
Ideal for pairing with gourmet burgers, fish tacos, semi-cured cheeses, or spicy Asian dishes. Its tropical and citrus notes harmonize with intense flavors and sweet-spicy contrasts, while its dry finish cleanses the palate between bites.
A limited-production hop gem, a collaboration that unites history, technique, and creativity. Perfect for those seeking a contemporary, intense IPA with soul.
