With 8.0% ABV and 70 IBU, it sits in that territory where bitterness, dryness, and hop expression rule. A craft beer that draws from the classic West Coast tradition—clean profile, dry finish, and resinous character—but taken to a higher intensity thanks to a careful selection of American hops and a double dry hopping that amplifies its aromatic complexity.

Serving Temperature: 6–8 ºC

Color (EBC): 10–12 EBC | Bright golden

Bitterness (IBU): 70 IBU

Character, Flavor, and Aromas:

A defined and crisp aroma, where the hops express themselves with clarity: pine resin, intense citrus (grapefruit, lime), fresh floral notes, and a fruity background reminiscent of melon and stone fruit.

On the palate, it is dry and assertive, with a firm and persistent bitterness that structures the sip without being aggressive. The alcohol is well-integrated, providing body without residual sweetness. A long, resinous, and markedly hoppy finish, true to the classic West Coast DNA.

Culinary Pairing:

Perfect with grilled red meats, fatty burgers, BBQ ribs, aged cheeses, and blue cheeses. It works especially well with spiced cuisine, smoked dishes, or intense recipes where its bitterness and dryness balance the whole.

This is not a friendly or complacent IPA: it is direct, precise, and deeply hoppy, designed for those who value the balance between alcoholic potency and well-defined bitter structure.
