Description
Ten Thirty Three is a 44 cl Northern IPA that pays homage to an iconic moment in its creation: the exact time the hops entered the wort, transformed into a brewing wink that only those who love this culture will appreciate. With a brilliant golden color and silky white foam, this collaboration with Garage Beer Co is presented as a vibrant, aromatic, and deeply expressive IPA. Its character unfolds in layers of fresh fruit—peach, apricot, white grape, and tropical nuances—always supported by a citrus base that provides freshness and structure.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:
The nose is dominated by a fruity symphony combining ripe stone fruits—peach and apricot—with a tropical range that includes notes of mango, pineapple, and a background of berries. The presence of Nelson Sauvin hops adds vinous nuances reminiscent of white grape and Sauvignon Blanc, providing a complexity typical of modern Northern European IPAs. On the palate, it is silky, balanced, and surprisingly agile to drink, with a moderate bitterness that supports the whole without detracting from its freshness.
Culinary Pairing:
Ten Thirty Three finds particularly interesting affinities with dishes where freshness and aromatic expressiveness become protagonists. Its fruity and citrus profile enhances preparations such as poké bowls, sushi, or fish in mild marinades, creating a dialogue between acidity, umami, and tropical hop notes. In urban cuisine, it works wonderfully with well-seared smash burgers or marinated chicken tacos, where the moderate bitterness cleanses the palate and enhances the spices.
