Technical Data Sheet
Description
Garage 498 is a collaborative Extra Pale Ale (XPA) brewed with 2 Kiwis de Rupia (Girona), a beer that pays homage to the aromatic character of Southern Hemisphere hops. Inspired by the tradition of modern West Coast IPAs, this XPA opts for a more moderate bitterness and a vibrant aromatic profile thanks to the Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron varieties. The result is a fresh, expressive, and highly drinkable beer, perfect for those who enjoy hoppy craft beers with great aromatic intensity.

On the nose, it displays an intense aromatic profile typical of New Zealand hops: notes of white grape, tropical fruit, passion fruit, and fresh citrus. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a medium-light body and an elegant bitterness that balances the fruity character. The finish is dry, clean, and very refreshing, inviting another sip.
Food Pairing:
An excellent companion for tacos, ceviche, sushi, grilled chicken, or burgers. It also works very well with artisanal pizzas and spicy Asian dishes.
A modern, aromatic, and highly drinkable XPA from Garage Beer Co, ideal for those seeking a fresh craft beer with the vibrant character of Southern Hemisphere hops.
