Description

The GROSS Atotxa NEIPA 44cl beer is a New England IPA that stands out for its aromatic intensity, silky texture, and an extraordinarily juicy profile. Brewed with Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe hops, it offers an explosion of tropical and citrus aromas, making it an excellent choice for lovers of modern IPAs.

With a hazy appearance and a soft, creamy body, this beer focuses on the balance between the prominence of the hops and great drinkability. Its moderate bitterness allows the fruity aromas and flavors to shine from the first sip to a fresh and very pleasant finish.

Characteristics:

Style: New England IPA (NEIPA).

Bitterness (IBU): Moderate bitterness, estimated at 30 IBU, prioritizing aromatic expression and overall balance.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:

It displays a very intense nose where notes of lime, passion fruit, peach, and ripe citrus predominate, the result of the combination of Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe. The aromatic profile is fresh, tropical, and highly expressive.

On the palate, it offers a silky and creamy texture, with a juicy body that fills the mouth without feeling heavy. The bitterness appears subtly and perfectly integrated, allowing the fruity notes to be the true stars, leaving a clean, smooth, and very persistent finish.

Food Pairing:

Its tropical profile and creamy texture pair perfectly with gourmet burgers, tacos, Mexican cuisine, sushi, pokes, ceviches, spiced chicken, artisanal pizzas, creamy cheeses, blue cheeses, and Asian-inspired dishes. It is also ideal for accompanying recipes with a spicy kick, where its juicy character adds balance and freshness.
