Technical Data Sheet
Description
GROSS Blurry is a modern Northern IPA, a hybrid style that combines the best of a NEIPA and a West Coast IPA. With an ABV of 5.9%, this beer focuses on the aromatic intensity of the Southern Hemisphere with a drier, more defined body, achieving a cleaner and more drinkable experience. Developed as a test bed for Lallemand's Aurora yeast, it offers a fresh and balanced interpretation of the style, where the hops shine without excess.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:
On the nose, it displays a vibrant combination of ripe mango and peach (Galaxy), accompanied by citrus notes of lime and a herbal touch (Riwaka). Enigma adds nuances of white grape and a slightly resinous background that adds complexity. On the palate, it is juicy but drier than a classic NEIPA, with a medium body, smooth texture, and a clean finish that invites another sip.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with burgers, tacos, grilled chicken, or Asian cuisine with citrus touches. It also pairs very well with artisanal pizzas and semi-cured cheeses.
A balanced, aromatic, and highly drinkable Northern IPA, ideal for those seeking the middle ground between juiciness and freshness with hop character as the protagonist.
