Technical Data Sheet
Description
GROSS Desitka is a Czech-style craft lager brewed in Donostia, San Sebastián, following the traditional spirit of classic 10-degree Plato Czech "Desítka" beers. With only 4% alcohol, it stands out for its light, refreshing, and balanced profile, while maintaining the character expected of an authentic craft lager.
Its recipe combines continental malt, Czech Saaz hops, and soft water, along with a traditional decoction mash and a long cold maturation. The result is a clean, dry, and highly drinkable golden beer with delicate notes of white bread, herbal and floral nuances, and a fine bitterness. A craft lager brewed in Donostia that transports you straight to the heart of Czech brewing tradition.
