Technical Data Sheet
Description
Scotch Silly is a beer with a history as unique as its character. Born during World War I, when a regiment of Scottish soldiers settled on the outskirts of the Belgian city of Silly, this beer emerged to satisfy the beer nostalgia of those soldiers. Raw materials were imported from England for its production, including Kent hops, resulting in a Scotch Ale with its own identity and a marked Belgian accent. The result is a special, high-fermentation beer with remarkable balance, perfect for enjoying calmly and attentively.

Food Pairing:
A tasting beer ideal for leisurely consumption. It wonderfully accompanies stewed meats, hearty winter dishes, aged cheeses, and traditional desserts such as crema catalana. It is also an excellent choice to enjoy alone as an after-dinner beer.
