Basqueland Brewing

Two Americans residing in Guipúzcoa one of them Kevin Patricio, owner of a restaurant in Donosti and Ben Rozzi responsible for exporting a famous Basque winery, wondered a few years ago, as it was possible that in the peninsula and specifically in the Basque Country that there was no craft beer at the level of their gastronomy. One day they proposed to answer that question, Basqueland Brewing Project was born, which in time would become the current Basqueland Brewing.

The two Americans were joined by a Californian from San Diego, Ben Matz has 2 great passions, surfing and beer. Formed in Stone Brewing as a brewing master, he began to produce the first beers on a ship in Hernani, near Donosti, there was born the famous Unstoppable, the iconic Ipa of Basqueland Brewving.

Since their launch in 2016 they have won a multitude of awards, revolutionized the European beer scene, their new beer launches are expected by fans who have exhausted stocks in a few weeks. Pioneers in the 44cl. can format and specialized in ipa beer with all its varieties.

Basqueland Brewing has an incredible ability to surprise us in every new creation.

Winner of the National Beer Championship of 2017, 2019 and 2020 as Spain's Best Brewery.

In the 2020 edition, Basqueland presented 17 beers to the competition of which 15 were awarded. A success!!
