Carácter, sabor y aromas

This Imperial IPA unfurls a fruity and resinous aroma with notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, and tropical fruits like lychee, melon, and passionfruit, in addition to a subtle hint of blackcurrant. On the palate, it presents a silky and round body, balancing the intense bitter notes with the smoothness of the English malts used in its brewing. The combination of high-quality hops provides a long and bitter finish, yet surprisingly balanced and pleasant.

Maridaje

Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, such as a good beef steak or smoked ribs. It also perfectly complements spicy dishes, such as Mexican tacos or Thai curry, and strong-flavored aged cheeses like mature cheddar or Roquefort. For the more adventurous, it can be enjoyed with dark chocolate desserts, creating a delicious sweet-bitter contrast.
