Espiga Flying Eyes es una cerveza de carácter intenso y moderno nacida de una colaboración internacional con DEYA Brewing (Reino Unido), una referencia absoluta en el mundo de las pale ales y las IPAs. Se presenta como una cerveza turbia, dorada y expresiva, diseñada para los amantes de los perfiles jugosos, el cuerpo generoso y el protagonismo absoluto del lúpulo. Carácter, sabor y aromas


The nose offers an explosion of stone fruit like peach and apricot, accompanied by tropical notes of pineapple and a fresh citrus background. On the palate, it is smooth, creamy, and very fluid, with a full body and well-integrated bitterness that balances the whole. The finish is aromatic, juicy, and persistent, inviting effortless continued drinking.

Maridaje


Ideal for gourmet burgers, spiced chicken, mild Asian cuisine, fish tacos, or semi-cured cheeses. It also works perfectly as the star beer in a relaxed after-dinner setting.
