Description

DEYA Good Pallet is a contemporary NEIPA that embodies the essence of modern craft beer: juicy, aromatic, and tremendously silky on the palate. Born from the talent of DEYA Brewing Company (Cheltenham, UK) in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops' (YCH) FWD Programme, this creation combines the experimental HBC638 variety with the innovative Peacharine hop, applied in a mega dry hop that unleashes a true explosion of tropical fruits, ripe peach, and an irresistible freshness. This beer has a hazy appearance and a medium body, with a creamy texture thanks to the use of selected malts and oats. The absolute spotlight falls on the hop duo, which provide aromatic intensity and an enveloping fruity sensation, balanced by a soft and clean bitterness.
