This beer combines the classic intensity of an imperial stout with a surprising aromatic twist, where cocoa, roasted notes, and resinous wood are balanced with a delicate menthol freshness. A complex, profound, and very original proposal, designed for those seeking dark beers with unconventional nuances.

Character, Flavor, Aromas:
A deep and enveloping profile where notes of pure cocoa, roasted coffee, and dark caramel from black malts and cocoa nibs dominate. Brazilian Balsam wood contributes a resinous character, with cedar nuances and a subtle menthol touch that refreshes the whole and adds complexity. Full body and silky texture, with a well-achieved balance between intensity, roasted sweetness, and herbaceous freshness. Long, warm, and elegant finish, where cocoa and wood blend with a persistent menthol echo.
Culinary Pairing:
Ideal for pairing with dark chocolate desserts, brownies, Sacher cake, or coffee-based pastries. It works excellently with strong blue cheeses, aged cheeses, and slow tasting after-dinner treats. It is also a great choice to enjoy alone, as a meditation beer, in moments when complexity and depth in the glass are desired.
