Description

GROSS Flux is a New England IPA conceived to go a step beyond the usual within the style. A hop-forward NEIPA, designed to offer layers of flavor, depth, and evolution in every sip. It does not seek a flat aromatic impact, but rather a complete journey where the nuances unfold little by little. It is a beer designed for those who enjoy analyzing the complexity of a modern IPA and appreciate fine craftsmanship in building a hop profile.

Characteristics:

Style: NEIPA / New England IPA

Alcohol by Volume: 6.3% ABV

Hops: Citra, Columbus, El Dorado, Mosaic, Strata

Serving Temperature: 6 – 8 °C

Color (EBC): Pale, hazy yellow characteristic of the style

Bitterness (IBU): Medium, polished, and well-integrated bitterness

Character, Flavor, and Aromas:

Intensely aromatic profile with a bright citrus start and clear notes of grapefruit. As the sip progresses, layers of stone fruit and ripe tropical fruit appear, building a broad and expressive center. The background provides a more resinous and slightly dank character that adds depth and avoids a sense of flat sweetness. The body is silky and enveloping, with well-measured carbonation and a present but polished bitterness that organizes the whole and cleans the finish.

Food Pairing:

It pairs especially well with spicy cuisine, tacos, gourmet burgers, dishes with intense sauces, and creamy cheeses. Its aromatic load and silky structure accompany powerful flavors without losing definition, bringing freshness and balance to the whole.

More hops, more layers, and more complexity in every sip. Add GROSS Flux to your cart and discover a NEIPA that doesn’t just stop at the first impact.
