Fruity

The Fruity collection brings together beers with acidic, fruity, and refreshing profiles that have become one of the most vibrant and explored areas of contemporary brewing. These beers surprise those coming from the lager or IPA world because they offer radically different profiles: vibrant acidity, fresh fruit aromas, high carbonation, and a refreshing character that is more reminiscent of a cocktail or natural juice than a conventional beer.

It includes styles such as Sour (the general category of modern acidic beers), Lambic (Belgian beers spontaneously fermented in barrels for years), Saison (Wallonian farmhouse ales, dry and spiced), Berliner Weisse (light, acidic German wheat beers), Gose (German beers with salt and coriander), and Smoothie Sour (modern, fruit-puree-laden, dense, and very indulgent beers). The spectrum ranges from subtle acidity to extreme impact, and from very light bodies to almost smoothie-like textures.

In the glass, they display colors that vary greatly depending on the fruit or sub-style: pale yellow in Berliner Weisse and Gose, gold in Saison, vibrant reds in cherry Lambics, and intense pinks and oranges in fruity Smoothie Sours. On the nose, there are notes of citrus, red berries, tropical fruit, green apple, lactic acid, fresh grass, spices, sourdough, and, in traditional versions, funky Brettanomyces notes or a mineral saline touch.

They are extraordinarily food-friendly beers: ideal for appetizers, brunch, shellfish, oysters, sushi, ceviches, salads, fresh or goat cheeses, foie gras, Thai food, or fruit-based desserts. Smoothie Sours also work well as dessert beers. Serve very cold, between 4 °C and 8 °C, in a tulip glass, flute, or tumbler. An essential collection to discover a completely different and highly refreshing side of the beer world.
